Our platform is designed for non-emergency issues. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

There is no fee for creating an account or browsing providers. Service fees are determined by the individual healthcare professionals and will be displayed when booking an appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your account on the portal within 48 hours before the appointment. However, no amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 24 hours. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment details and methods are handled directly through the portal when booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and PayPal.

We provide receipts for the service. Most insurers cover our services, but it is best to check with your provider first.
